Hulu Sungai Tengah (SMAN 2 Barabai) – Selasa, 16 September 2025 OSIS & MPK SMAN 2 Barabai mengadakan kegiatan Pemilihan Ketua dan Wakil Ketua OSIS Periode Tahun 2025/2026 yang digelar di lapangan outdoor SMAN 2 Barabai.
Kegiatan ini terselengara dari rangkaian kegiatan LDKS kemudian debat calon ketua dan wakil ketua OSIS yang terdiri dari dua pasangan calon. Hingga sampai pada hari pemilihan Pemilihan Ketua dan Wakil Ketua OSIS Periode Tahun 2025/2026.
Pemilihan Ketua dan Wakil Ketua OSIS Periode Tahun 2025/2026 ini menjadi aksi nyata penerapan nilai demokrasi di sekolah, karena seluruh warga sekolah ikut terlibat dengan memberikan hak pilihan suaranya untuk kemajuan OSIS di sekolah.
Novita Sri Ariyanti sebagai pembina OSIS memberikan wejangan untuk paslon terpilih agar mengemban jabatan penuh tanggung jawab."Buat para paslon yang terpilih, jalankan roda organisasi OSIS dengan penuh tanggungjawab. Jadilah pribadi yang berkarakter ( akhlakul karimah) dengan menjunjung nilai santun, peduli, integritas, responsif, dan tanggungjawab. Buatlah target agar setiap program- kerja yang dirancang dapat dirasakan dampaknya oleh semua warga sekolah” tegasnya.
Dan dari hasil Pemilihan Ketua dan Wakil Ketua OSIS ini didapat hasil perolehan suara dimenangkan oleh pasangan calon 01 atas nama Muhammad Rafie Rahman dan Muhammad Reno Ramadhan dari kelas XI F6 dan XI F3.
