SMAN 2 Barabai
Deskripsi
Hulu Sungai Tengah (SMAN 2 Barabai) – Jum’at, 1 Oktober 2025, SMAN 2 Barabai adakan jalan sehat sebagai rangakaian kegiatan rutin jum’at sehat, yang diikuti oleh seluruh warga sekolah.
Dalam rangka pembinaan karakter dan pembiasaan siswa di SMAN 2 Barabai juga melakukan kegiatan ini untuk melatih kebugaran dan menjaga kesehatan siswa, kegiatan ini diharapkan juga mampu menanamkan betapa pentingnya olahraga dilakukan oleh para siswa. Atau dengan kata lain sekolah tidak hanya belajar ilmu mata pelajaran akademik saja, melainkan juga non-akademik dan lifeskill.
Hal ini juga sebagai pembiasan 7 kebiasaan anak Indonesia hebat yaitu berolahraga. Berolahraga menjadi kebiasaan penting yang mampu meningkatkan kesehatan anak-anak. Dengan berolahraga mereka bisa menciptakan gaya hidup yang lebih sehat dan bermanfaat.
Bukan hanya mendukung kesehatan secara fisik saja, tetapi juga mampu meningkatkan kesehatan mental dan kebugaran tubuhnya. Bahkan dengan berolahraga, setiap anak juga dapat mengenali potensi dirinya dan mengenal nilai sportivitas.
Kepala SMA Negeri 2 Barabai, Ibu Sahrida Melati, S.Pd mengapresiasi kegiatan ini. Menurutnya, kegiatan ini merupakan salah satu upaya sekolah untuk meningkatkan kesehatan dan kebersamaan warga sekolah.
"Kegiatan ini diadakan sebagai untuk meningkatkan kebugaran fisik dan semangat seluruh warga sekolah. Selain itu, kegiatan ini juga bertujuan untuk mempererat tali silaturahmi antar warga sekolah," ujar Sahrida.
Sehinga besar harapan dengan diadakan kegiatan jalan sehat ini maka akan menumbuhkan kebiasaan berolahraga bagi seluruh siswa dan seluruh warga sekolah.
